Cancellations on behalf of our guests
For all cancellations or changes we require having email notification at email@example.com.
A full refund will be given from Sea Stories for cancelations made 5 days prior to departure. No refund will be given if cancelations occur within 5 days from departure.
Cancellations on behalf of Sea Stories
Sea Stories reserves the right to cancel the tour due to heavy rain, extreme winds, engine or any other material damage and for any other reason in order to ensure every passengers safety. For all cancellations placed from Sea Stories and if our guests do not want a reschedule of their Tour, a full refund of the down/payment will be placed.
We will need a 50% down payment to Sea Stories’ Bank account to reserve your dates. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you to ensure that your place and dates are reserved. The rest 50% can be paid on board in cash or credit/debit card.
